Physical Fitness Training

  • Physical Fitness Training is an aerobics class scheduled weekly to help our community get back and stay in shape. The object of PFT is to train the mind, body, and soul while recovering from a major injury, weight gain, dealing with anger and depression and turning it to happiness. The motivation for setting goals and completing these goals are to finish strong using the PFT quote “I LOVE ME”!!!!!!

Donate: PFT is accepting donations of equipment, water, and money to support the entire program.
